Temporary Library Technician (3-Month Contract)
The Sylvan Lake Municipal Library is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary Library Technician to support a special regulatory compliance project.
Reporting to the Library Assistant Director, this position will play a key role in helping the Library implement new provincial library regulations by reviewing collection materials, updating catalogue records, preparing documentation, and assisting with collection reorganization. This is an exciting opportunity for a library professional who enjoys project work, collection management, and contributing to an important initiative while supporting a vibrant and growing public library.
Schedule: Starting September 28, 2026. This is a temporary three-month contract position approximately 37.5 hours per week. The schedule may include days, evenings, and occasional weekends as required to meet project deadlines
