About the Event
Enjoy story time at the Library!
Who: All ages are welcome to attend this story time. Stories and activities will be geared towards ages 2-5, however families with infants are welcome to join for socialization and there will always be an infant-friendly activity available.
What: Stories read by an experienced and engaging storyteller, with songs, finger plays, dress-up, sensory activities, and crafts.
When: Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 10:15-11:00 a.m.
Where: Sylvan Lake Municipal Library program room
Why: Story time is a great parent-and-child activity that nurtures children's development, fosters a love of literacy, sparks lifelong creativity, and is a fun way to engage with your child and socialize with other families. Story time build early literacy skills, expands your child's vocabulary, and stimulates their brain development, nurturing emotional intelligence and strengthening social bonds between you and your child.
