About the Event
Dive into messy play at the Library!
Who: This program is geared towards ages 0-5. Older siblings are welcome to attend; children under 8 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
What: Join us to engage in sensory activities and messy play stations at the Library. There will be a variety of activities appropriate for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Parental assistance and supervision is required.
When: Every other Saturday from 10:15-11:15 a.m., starting September 19th. November 14th's event will run from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Where: Sylvan Lake Municipal Library program room
Why: Messy play is so important for children's development. It fosters creativity, imagination, and exploration. It encourages physical and language development, and practices good concentration. Messy play supports the ability to play independently. Above all, it's just fun!
