About the Event
Explore art therapy in a cozy environment with friends old and new.
Who: This event is for ages 16+, and those looking to explore or process big life changes as they move through the stages of life.
What: Join us for guided art sessions with Masters Practicum Student of Art Therapy and Spirituality Lauren Olson. These sessions will focus on transitions, with a variety of art materials. Participants will have time to create art and reflect on the process as well as their own life transitions. Curious about art therapy, or just want to check it out? Give this free event a try!
When: Saturdays, September 19, October 17, and November 14 from 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Where: Sylvan Lake Municipal Library program room.
