About the Event
Are you a young adult worried about entering adulthood? A teen wanting to become more confident about finances, health, and wellness?

Life Skills 101 is aimed at young adults aged 16+, with courses to learn basis life skills from experts and community members. Topics will include how to rent and buy a house, basic car maintenance, meal planning, budgeting, making appointments, beginner home repair, student loans, and managing credit cards. Become a confident adult, and get a leg up as you move through the adult world!
This course is run in collaboration with Youth Services Sylvan Lake, and will feature two additional courses at the end of the summer at the Flipside Youth Centre.
