Shop for free costumes at the Library!
Donate your old, good-condition Halloween costumes to the Library in advance, then return for a costume swap.
Donations can be dropped off between August 1st and October 2nd. The costume swap will run October 3rd from 10:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., and October 4th from 1:00-5:00 p.m., while supplies last.
Free, no registration required.
