About the Event
Let's talk about banned books!
Banned Book Club exists to bring awareness and education to banned and challenged books. We will have open and civil discussion about these books that are controversial. Participants can agree, disagree, but they get to read the book and find out!
Our target audience is 16+, and like all of our adult programs, we encourage parents to engage with their kids that are interested and attend this book club with them.
Join us at Party Chef on July 29th at 6:30 p.m. as we discuss Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret by Judy Blume. Read your own copy, or borrow one from the Library - we've brought in extras!
