Explore art therapy in a calm and cozy environment.
Who: This event is for ages 18+.
What: Join us for guided art sessions with Masters Practicum Student of Art Therapy and Spirituality Lauren Olson. This session will focus on motherhood and the impact of postpartum depression. Participants will explore their sense of self before mother hood, presently, and how they think or wish they will feel in the future. Curious about art therapy, or just want to check it out?
