Join Leona Staples from the Jungle Farm for a sweet and simple jam-making adventure perfect for all ages!
Learn the basics of making homemade fruit preserves using fresh ingredients.
Whether you’re a curious kid, a crafty teen, or a nostalgic adult, you’ll enjoy this hands-on activity and take home a jar of your own delicious creation. No prior experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and a taste for fun!
Registration is required for this event, and there is a cost of $20.00 per person which includes the making of the jam, and each participant will take home a jar of freezer jam plus have the opportunity to taste cooked regular and low sugar jam. Give us a call at 403-887-2130, or register online using the RSVP feature at the top of the page. You can pay online for this event, or stop by the Library to pay in person.
